HEATHER - OWNER, LEAD event manager

Those are the words Heather lives by especially when it comes to our couples and their big days. Heather started The Perfect Plan in 2018 after discovering her passion for organizing weddings while working at a private golf club - and realizing this is exactly what she was meant to do! As our lead planner and coordinator, Heather is the master of all our best laid plans. She holds multiple event management certificates and is a certified wedding planner in Alberta and surrounding areas.

She is a highly regarded expert in her field, bringing over 7 years of experience working closely with couples and vendors to thoughtfully bring their visions to life. Her commitment to excellence ensures that each wedding planning experience is not only memorable but also enjoyable and filled with fun moments that reflect the couple's dreams and love story.

Heather's main passion lies in the logistics and in forming genuine and intimate connections with our couples throughout the time we work together. She loves to let her creative side flow freely and takes great pride in her ability to be versatile, adjusting seamlessly to each couple's individual needs, varying schedules, visions, and personalities.

CHELSEA - ASSISTANT COORDINATOR

Chelsea is Heather’s spunky and trusted partner not only in all things wedding but in life as her bestie too! Chelsea and Heather met 11 years ago when they worked together at a restaurant as servers. Heather absolutely knew this was one of the good ones the first time she heard Chelsea laugh - and she’s a sucker for an east coast accent. (Aren’t we all?)

When The Perfect Plan began to grow, Heather knew she needed someone she could count on 100% to join the team. Choosing someone who was going to represent the business she had grown from the ground up - and poured her blood, sweat and tears into was not a decision that was taken lightly. Naturally, Chelsea was approached and excitedly joined the team in 2022!

Chelsea began by accompanying Heather for wedding set up’s and take down’s to learn about The Perfect Plan standard and all the little tricks of the trade we use when we run into snags and road blocks while doing decor installations. She then started joining Heather on various wedding days to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge on how to effectively manage all the important details of our couple's special days. Chelsea brings high energy, a huge smile and heart to our team and we are so grateful to have her support!
